Gaerne’s SG22 off-road boots represent the natural evolution of the highly acclaimed SG12, where every component and every detail has been fine-tuned to create a masterful boot capable of effortlessly taking on any challenge you can throw at it.

FEATURES:

• 3D Toe Box characterized by a single joint element reduces the height between the sole and the rear derailleur to allow for quicker gear shifting.
• Steel Bumper 1.0 Toe Insert between the sole and the upper reduces thickness and weight while maintaining the protective capacity of the toe box.
• The super-light aluminium buckles can be adjusted in three positions, and the new frontal shin guard in two positions, making it possible to obtain multiple configurations to optimize the fit and allow easy use of knee/shin guards in combination with the SG22 boots.
• Air Vents on the Frontal Shin-Plate and 3D ventilation cavities come together to maximise freshness and coolness on the foot while riding.
  
• Gaerne Dual Stage Pivot System 1.0 protects the ankle with two switches which limit hyperextension, hyperflexion, and lateral movements. The movement's geometry mimics the ankle's natural flexion to improve ergonomics without sacrificing safety.
• Re-engineered, Injection-Moulded Memory Foam 1.0 takes the shape of the ankle, stabilizing the whole foot and allowing the foot to become one with the boot.
• Razorback reduces the overall weight of the boot
• Grip Guard 1.0 Rubber Inner-Leg improves protection and optimizes the coefficient of friction in areas that come into contact with the bike for a better riding feel.
• Dual Density Sole Inserts are designed to guarantee grip and durability without sacrificing traction and cushioning while walking or pushing the bike over obstacles.
• Microshock Heel features a compound with different densities designed to provide protection from micro-impact when cornering.
• Goodyear Welted Construction creates a particularly solid and damage-resistant bond between the boot’s body and its replaceable sole.
